(ORAL) The petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to look into petitioner’s representation dated 07.08.2025 and to take action against respondents No. 5 and 6 besides others. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate direction is issued to the respondent No. 2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, to consider and decide representation dated 07.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) moved by petitioner and take necessary action thereupon in a time bound manner.
