Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the police authorities and bank authorities to de-freeze the current account of Sea Hawk Resorts Private Limited. 3. Learned State Counsel was given time to get instructions. Today, on instruction, Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State submits that Station House Officer, Police Station, Bhimtal has issued a letter to Branch Manager, HDFC Bank, Sector 23A, Gurugram requesting him to de-freeze the bank account of Sea Hawk Resorts Private Limited. 4. Since the only relief sought by petitioner was to issue a direction to the authorities to de- freeze the bank account and the SHO concerned has now asked the bank to de-freeze the account of petitioner company, therefore, relief as claimed do not survive. 5. The writ petition is disposed of by taking 2025:UHC:7583 the statement made by learned State Counsel on record. 6. Mr. Basant Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits that petitioners are siphoning off the substantial amount from the bank account of M/s Sea Hawk Resorts Private Limited, therefore they be restrained from withdrawing any amount unless the cheques are signed by all the Directors/Shareholders of the company. 7. This Court is not going into the internal dispute between the directors of the company and such dispute can be raised before the appropriate forum.
