The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J. (as he was then) vide order dated 24.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15767 of 2016 (Mahendra Pasi vs. State of U.P.). The second bail application of the applicant was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 13.01.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 2179 of 2021 (Mahendra Pasi vs. State of U.P.). 4. Even previously on 14.11.2022 there was no representation from the side of the applicant and the following order was passed:- "List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Sri B.B. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the State is present. This is the 3rd bail application moved on behalf of the applicant. Despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no appearance on behalf of the applicant. As a last opportunity, the matter is adjourned for today. Let the matter be listed on 3.12.2022. It is made clear that the matter will not be adjourned on the next date as a matter of right." 5. The present matter is of the year 2015. It is more than nine years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter as or the matter has rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 6. Despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant. 7.
