ORDER 28.10.2025
01. As per the report of the Registry, an amount of Rs. 22, 41,040/- has been deposited with it.
02. With the deposition of the aforesaid amount, the judgement of the Writ Court stands complied with and, as such, the instant contempt petition deserves to be closed.
03. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings in both the contempt petitions are closed and an amount of Rs. 22,41,040/- which stands deposited by the respondents-contemnors with the Registry of this Court shall be transferred to the account of the petitioner. Particulars of the account shall be furnished by the
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to the Registry.
04. It is further directed that the Registrar Judicial issue general instructions to the Bank Authorities to pass on the intimation regarding credits made in the account of the Registrar Judicial along with the particulars of the person(s) depositing the money so that complete information in this regard is available with the Registry immediately after deposition of the amount(s).
