Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioners, who have been arrested in connection with Karimganj P.S. Case No. 150/2025, under Sections 140(3)/75/196(1) (b)/3(5) of BNS. The case was fixed today for production of the Case Diary, but it is submitted by Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that the case has already been charge-sheeted, vide Charge-Sheet No. 143/2025, dated 30.04.2025. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for both sides and also considering the fact that the I.O. has already filed charge- sheet, vide Charge-Sheet No. 143/2025, dated 30.04.2025, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the learned Trial Court below within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of this order with an appropriate application for grant of regular bail, which shall be considered by the learned Trial Court in accordance with law. Page No.# 3/3 Till then, interim bail granted to the accused/petitioners, namely, (i) Ahmed Imthiaz Alom Tapadar & (ii) Zaid Sahab Uddin @ Zaid Sahab, vide order dated 25.04.2025, shall remain extended.
