The petitioner has stated that she has to undertake travel of not less than 3 hours to attend the proceedings before the Family Court at Chengalpattu, being a resident of Ambattur. 3.The petitioner has made out sufficient cause for seeking transfer. At the same time, considering the interest of the respondent as well, while allowing this transfer CMP and acceding to the request for transfer by withdrawing FCOP.No.438/2024 from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu and transferring it to the file of the Sub Court, Ambattur.
