Rajkhowa, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Also heard Mr. S.K. Medhi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. By way of this application, the applicants i.e. Yachang Omo, Dr. Omem Paron and Dr. Sahalad Borgoyary have prayed for striking off their names from WP(C) No.6891/2023. Mr. V. Rajkhowa, learned counsel appearing for the applicants draws the attention of this Court that due to personal reasons, the applicants who have been arrayed as petitioner Nos. 4, 5 and 6 in WP(C) No.6891/2023 wants to withdraw themselves from the said writ petition and accordingly have filed an application supported by 3 (three) separate affidavits sworn by each of them. Mr. S.K, Medhi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in the event, the names of the three applicants is struck off from the said writ petition. In view of the aforesaid endorsement, this Court, in the interest of justice, allows the interlocutory application. Accordingly, it is provided that the names of the applicants i.e. Yachang Omo, Dr. Omem Paron and Dr. Sahalad Borgoyary be struck off from WP(C) No.6891/2023.
