The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 24.06.2025, registered as Case Crime No- 248 of 2025, under sections-.109, 324(4), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., and Police Station- Kotwali Mandi, District- Sahranpur, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Sri Nitish Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no.4 has filed short counter- affidavit stating that the petitioner was not involved in the incident. 4. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the direction till the cognizance is taken on the police report by the competent court, the petitioner shall not be arrested.
