HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 15288 of 2025 Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard. 2. This is a petition wherein prayer has been made for a mandamus directing the respondents to appoint petitioner on the post of Aganwadi Karyakarti pursuant to a notification issued by the respondents. 3. In the opinion of the Court, once it is the stand of the writ petitioner that she had applied and she is fully eligible in all respects then her claim is required to be considered strictly in accordance with law and thus at this stage, no positive mandamus can be issued in background of the fact that there are no convincing documents available on record, however, this much is provided that in case the writ petitioner stands selected then appropriate follow up actions shall be taken. 4. Needless to point out that the writ petition has been decided without seeking any response from the respondents. Thus, passing of this order may not be construed to an expression that this Court has gone into the merits of the case. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
