When the case was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25398 of 2025 vide order dated 16.09.2025 has directed the police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.110 of 2023 within a period of three months finally from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that no further order is required.
