ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the ROR Appeal No.1/2024 as wholly illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the ROR Appeal No.1/2024 in the interest of justice and pass such other order.”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent filed an ROR appeal No.1/2024 before the 2nd respondent seeking for cancellation of D-Form pattas in respect of the land situated in Sy.No.47/3 of Bheemudupakalu Village, Addateegala Mandal, Alluri Sitha Rama Raju District. The said appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent and no interim order was passed in the said appeal. Taking advantage of the pendency of the appeal, the 3rd respondent is trying to interfere with the petitioners’ peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the appeal filed by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion the present Writ Petition can be
disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of period of three(3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this
order. Till then, status-quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by all the parties concerned in respect of the subject property.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
