Sri Jainendra Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a direction has been sought (i) a writ, order or direction in nature of of mandamus commanding the respondents to stay the retirement of petitioner effective from 30/06/2025 and further direct respondents to reinstate the service of petitioner up to year 2027 as per the provision of Government Order NO. 45/2023/1472/95-1099/65/2023 dated 04/10/2023; (ii), a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to pay the salary of petitioner from date effective from 30/06/2025 and (iii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus authorities to decide the commanding the respondent representation filed in month of April, dated nil by petitioner before respondent no.3, enclosed as Annexure No.8, to the writ petition, on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
