By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to join in the amended place of posting i.e. Middle School Godhidi (T) Block Bhatapara District Balodabazar Bhatapara (C.G.) and to relieve the petitioner from present place of posting i.e. Middle School Bhiladi, Block Kasdol, District Balodabazar Bhatapara (C.G.) in the interest of justice. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 04.09.2023 (Annexure P/1), issued by respondent no.2 and the petitioner may kindly be pleased to allow to discharge his duties at amended place of posting, in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 3 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner, while promoting from the post of Assistant Teacher (L.B.) to post of Teacher, Middle School, and she has been posted in different block from present place of posting. He submits that at this stage, petitioner may be permitted to submit representation before concerned authorities and concerned authorities be directed to decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner expeditiously within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayed made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off permitting petitioner to submit representation before the concerned authority. In the event, petitioner submits representation, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks' from the date of receipt of such representation. 5. Since the matter has been disposed off, accordingly, I.A.
