Heard Sri Sanjiv Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of an order dated 1.7.2025 passed by the respondent no.2, Commissioner Moradabad Division, Moradabad in appeal bearing Case No. 333 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. C202513000000333 [Khanchand Vs. State of U.P.], under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It is not disputed that the aforesaid order which has been passed under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and arises out of an order passed in proceedings under Section 131 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
