Petitioner's father got retired in the year 2021 and died on 1.4.2025 and now the petitioner has approached this Court that due G.P.F. amount of his father be paid to him. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner's father submitted a representation on 24.2.2025 for the same relief, but the same was not considered and thereafter petitioner has also submitted various representations, which are pending consideration. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submitted that if there is no legal impediment, claim of the petitioner will be considered and aspect of delay will be taken note of. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, considering the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of.
