Admittedly, petitioner had taken a loan, which could not be repaid in time. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- “i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Bank to positively consider the proposal of the Petitioner in the light of Representation dated 05.08.2025 and subsequent communication inter se.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to repay the loan, but all he wants is some reasonable time for the purpose. 5. Learned counsel for the bank submits that if petitioner wants reschedulement of the loan, then he can make a representation to the competent authority. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation to the competent authority for reschedulement of the loan. If he makes a representation within 48 hours, through e- mail, decision thereupon shall be taken, within two weeks thereafter. 7. Let a certified copy of this order be issued today itself.
