This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant, alleging willful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 18.01.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 4220/2019. During the pendency of the contempt petition, the petitioner had expired. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant, who claims to be the legal heir of the deceased person who is the petitioner in Contempt Petition No. 7/2025. The learned counsel for the applicant has referred to the Next of Kin Certificate issued by the competent authority. Accordingly, the applicant along with the names of the other legal heirs be substituted in place of the deceased person Late Nandeswar Pagag. The learned counsel for the applicant will file amended cause title before the Registry within the period of 1 (one) week from today. I.A. accordingly allowed and disposed of.
