Specific prayer has been made through the instant petition that a direction be issued to the learned Civil Judge (S.D.)/FTC/ Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kannauj to decide Case No.9148 of 2023 preferred at the behest of petitioner, within stipulated period of time. 3. By bare bare perusal of the ordersheet appended alongwith this petition, it is apparent that the case was listed before court concerned on 26.08.2023 itself for the first time and from that date, case has been listed regularly till today. It is also apparent from the ordersheet that case is pending at the stage of summoning, meaning thereby, proposed accused has not been summoned till today and as such, direction for speedy disposal of the said case cannot be issued at this stage. 4.
