Heard Sri Aprajit Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shridhar Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 1, the Additional Commissioner (Judicial Ist), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj, to decide the Case No. 0748 of 2008 (Computerized Case No. C2008020000748), [Vindeshwari Vs. Shyam Lal and Others], under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act 1901, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'Question & Answer' obtained from the concerned Court, which indicates that the next date fixed in the case is 30.10.2025. It is submitted that the delay in disposal of the case is causing undue hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, by way of the present petition has sought for proceedings to be concluded expeditiously.
