This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, praying for grant Page No.# 2/2 of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Laharighat P.S. Case No. 59/2025, under Sections 76/329(2)/127(2) of BNS. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a false case has been brought up against the petitioner. 4. The FIR has been lodged by the victim and it is thus discernible that the victim will implicate the petitioner in her statement. 5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has raised serious objection stating that there are incriminating materials in the Case Diary against the petitioner. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. The merits of the case are not brought to the fore as investigation is still under progress. 6. I have considered the progress of investigation and the fact that the petitioner is willing to cooperate with the remaining part of investigation. 7. Considering all aspects, the interim order dated 09.04.2025 is hereby made absolute under the same terms and conditions. 8.
