Mr. Sudhir Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners. 2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned D.A.G. with Ms. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent Nos.1 & 2. 3. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.233 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024 registered with P.S. Kotwali Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal, under Sections 132, 221 and 352 of B.N.S. Act. 4. Learned State Counsel, on instruction, submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been sent to the Court by the police on 21.01.2025 against the petitioners. The said instruction passed on by learned State Counsel to this Court is taken on record. 5. At this, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available to him under the law. 6. In view of the above, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 7. Pending application, if any, is extended till then.
