By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. Upon perusal of the pleadings, this Court finds that no cause of action survives for pressing the instant petition for seeking police protection and the same has been ascertained by way of calling both the petitioners personally along with mother of petitioner no. 1, who is wife of respondent no. 5. 5. In view thereof, no case made out for seeking indulgence of the Court over the prayer as made in the petition as the dispute persist before sometime has now been seems to be settled, hence, the same is hereby disposed of.
