HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 22984 of 2025
Court No. - 44
HON'BLE J.J. MUNIR, J.
HON'BLE SANJIV KUMAR, J. According to the informant her niece, the prosecutrix, had left home on 26.08.2025 on the occasion of Teej for Biribari Bazar, where she met co-accused Shubham Yadav, who took her away by blandishment. The FIR indicates that the prosecutrix is an adult aged 21 years. Subsequently the prosecutrix's statement under Section 183 BNSS has been recorded, where she said on 02.09.2025 that she knew the petitioner since her school days and exchanged contact numbers after the two met. The petitioner captured some photographs of her, which he employed to blackmail and ravish her. Some money was also taken from the prosecutrix. The principal allegation is against the petitioner herein. In our opinion, no case for interference with the impugned FIR is made out. The writ petition is summarily dismissed. This order has been passed in the presence of learned counsel for the parties. Let this order be communicated to the S.H.O., Police Station Chandwak, District Jaunpur through the Chief Judicial Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Piyush Patel, Pradeep Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
