Mishra, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant states that another order was passed on the same date i.e. 20.01.2023 by Assistant Registrar, Cooperative, Agra authorising Arvind Chauhan, Assistant Development Officer, Cooperative to officiate in his place. He submits that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal and challenge the said order in independent proceedings. 3. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer.
