2. On the grounds mentioned in the application supported with an affidavit, coupled with the submissions made at the Bar through virtual mode, same is allowed and the delay of 29 days reported to have been occasioned in filing the review petition is condoned.

1. This petition is taken on board pursuant to the condonation of delay.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considered his
submissions. Perused the record.
3. It is directed that the operative part of the judgment dated 19.08.2025 of this Court passed in WP(C) No. 1986/2025 titled ‘M/s Malik Electrical Sr. No. 01
2 CM No. 6984/2025 in RP No.87/2025
and Mechanical Industries through its proprietor vs. Union Territory of J&K (PDD) and Ors.’ be read as under:-
“for the foregoing discussions, the instant petition is
disposed of at this stage with the direction to the respondents to immediately consider the payment of their entire admitted liability towards the petitioner within a period of four weeks with the submission of the status report to the Registry of this Court. This order shall form an integral part of the main order dated 19.08.2025 passed on the aforesaid petition.”
