The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 21.07.2025, passed by the respondent no.2 in E.W. Case No.21 of 2019 under Section 15(2) of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 17 of the Act of 1936. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the provisions of the Act of 1936.
