WP(C) 343/2022: Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a communication dated 06.08.2025, addressed by Medical Superintendent Govt. L.D Hospital to Assistant Director (E&S), Govt. Medical College Srinagar, wherein it has been mentioned that there is no space available in the hospital for new construction and there is already a Jan Aushadhi Kendre outside the premises of the hospital, which according to the learned counsel belongs to the petitioner. The communication dated 06.08.2025 is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid communication, the present petition does not survive, as the impugned notification dated 19.02.2022 for opening of Jan Aushadi Kendra is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, in the light of aforesaid communication dated 06.08.2025.
