Learned Additional Advocate General has handed over a copy of office order dated 30.12.2024 and in terms thereof he apprised the Court that the petitioners now stand re-employed under the H.P. State Resource Centre for Women Society on the same terms and conditions as were there in their appointment orders prior to issuance of order by the Secretary HPSRCW, on 31.03.2023, subject to the final outcome of the writ petitions. In light of the fact that the petitioners now stand re- engaged, these contempt proceedings are hereby closed but with the observation that the effect of the re-employment of the petitioners vide office order dated 30.12.2024 rather than permitting them to continue or having re-employed them as from the date when the order was passed by the Court, shall be gone into in the main writ petitions.
