Present petition has been filed by petitioners- Nainshi Saxena and Prince Kumar for the following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 21.09.2025 in Case Crime No.568 of 2025, under Section 87 of BNS, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Shahjahanpur. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 not to arrest and harass the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report dated 21.09.2025 in Case Crime No.568 of 2025, under Section 87 of BNS, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Shahjahanpur." 4. Having heard the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned A.G.A. for State and upon perusal of record, we are of the view that no case for interference is made out, inasmuch as, the prosecutrix, i.e., petitioner no.1 has not yet solemnized marriage with petitioner no.2. 5.
