Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking compliance of the order dated 08.08.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Phoolpur, District Azamgarh in Case No.4441 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202415060304441) (State vs. Ramdular Yadav), under Section 145 Cr.P.C. 3. On the last occasion, learned A.G.A. was directed to obtain instructions. 4. Instructions furnished by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur, Azamgarh have been produced by learned A.G.A., which are taken on record. 5. According to the instructions, a revision has been preferred against the order dated 08.08.2024, which is pending before the concerned Sessions Court and it is alleged in the instructions that on account of pendency of revision, no proceedings pursuant to the order dated 08.08.2024 can be undertaken. 6. In view of the pending revision against the order, compliance whereof has been sought by means of this application, the Court is not inclined to issue any direction.
