Ms. Hena Haflongbar, Assistant Manager is present for the Insurer, New India Assurance Company Ltd. 2. The claimants, Musstt. Hajira Begum Mazumder, Ms. Shamina Firdaus Mazumder and Md. Suhail Ahmed Mazumder are present whereas Claimant no. 3, Ms. Fahima Firdaus Mazumder, the daughter of claimant No. 1 is not present today as she is ill. 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurance Company has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs. 25,00,000/- as an amount of Rs. 40,48,001/- has already been deposited. It is submitted that interest is subject to TDS. 4. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. Page No.# 3/3 25,00,000/- before the Registry of this Court within 6 (six) weeks from the date of this order. 5. The Claimant No.1 may be allowed to withdraw the amount after proper verification by the Registry. 6. The Insurance company is allowed to withdraw the statutory deposit from the Registry. 7.
