The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in not removing the illegally established meat shops in front of the petitioner’s house. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.02.2025. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the meat shops, which are established abutting the petitioner’s property, are not maintained with proper hygiene and are causing inconvenience to the petitioner. 3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the petitioner and his brother are in dispute, and the persons running the said meat shops are permitted by the municipality and a trade license was also issued to them. It is submitted that the said shopkeepers are brothers of the petitioner and there appeared to be some family dispute between them. As long as the shops are running under a valid license, there can be no interference in their business activities by the 2nd respondent. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
