The learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the respondents and Sri G.Rajeswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Agriculture Market Committee submitted that as per the G.O.R.T No.1160 dated 11.09.2013, which was challenged in this writ petition, the committee was in force only till 17.09.2016, 3 BSB, J W.P.No. 27135 of 2013 as it has a tenure of three (03) years from 18.09.2013 and therefore, the relief in the writ petition has become infructuous. A copy of G.O.R.T No.1160 dated 11.09.2013 was enclosed to the writ petition. 4. Perused the same. 5. Apparently, the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
