It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the person who inquire the matter against the petitioner is the same person who made inspection on the Institution in question on the complaint made by the Gram Pradhan and other villagers. 2. From perusal of the record, the Court found that inspection of the Institution has been done by Block Development Officer, Devamay while the inquiry has been conducted by Block Education Officer, Malwa. 3. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that counsel for the petitioner is trying to mislead the Court and get the order by woo in the eyes of the Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that he made the aforesaid arguments neither willfully nor deliberately and tender his apology and confine his prayer only to the extent to direct the Inquiry Officer to conclude the inquiry expeditiously. 5. Sri Shivendra Singh Bhadauria, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 6. In this view the matter, the present petition is disposed of directing the Inquiry Officer to conclude the Inquiry expeditiously strictly in accordance with law but after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 7. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the Inquiry Officer and does not take any unnecessary adjournment.
