Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is languishing in jail since 6.8.2025. It is submitted that on the basis of iqrarnama the applicant is said to be involved in fraudulent transaction but he is not the real beneficiary in this case. It is further submitted that the applicant has previously filed Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.14126 of 2025 in which arrest order was passed in favour of applicant on the ground that all the offences are punishable with a term of 7 years and later on the I.O. has added sections 316(5), 61(2) B.N.S. on the basis of which he was taken into custody in this case on the ground of fraudulent transaction but the applicant is neither a party to this transaction nor a witness.
