Short counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. 5. Learned State counsel, on the basis of their short counter affidavit, submits that charge sheet has been submitted against all the petitioners, which is not disputed by counsel for the petitioners. 6. It is further submitted by counsel for the petitioners that after submission of charge sheet the charge sheet has been put to challenge by the petitioners by filing a C482 Application No.279 of 2023, Swami Kamla Devi Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, in which the proceedings of trial court reported to have been stayed. 7. In view of the statement made by counsel for the parties, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. 8. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
