On 4.2.2025 following order was passed:- "List has been revised. None appears for the petitioners. Put up this case as fresh on 10.02.2025 before the appropriate Bench." 4. On 10.2.2025 following order was passed:- "1. List of fresh cases revised. No one is present to press this petition. 2. On the last occasion no one was present to press the petition. 3. Today, there is a resolution of the Bar that no adverse order be passed because of prevailing condition in district Prayagraj. 4. The case is passed over for the day. 5. Put up again as fresh in the next cause list." 5. Today again no one is present to press this petition. 6. We find that there was a missing report in respect of the corpus and Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Mohsin Ali through Supreme Court Legal Aid Committee vs. State of Uttar Pradesh (Writ Petition No. 260 of 1987) 1987 (4) JT 151 held that in a case of missing girl the habeas corpus petition at this stage is not called for. 7. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
