In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the case, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it after affording opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, if there is no legal impediment. 4.
