Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The present application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of the Complaint Case No. 389 of 2013 (Vedpal Vs. Praveen Kumar and others) under Sections 364, 511, 392, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Chandpur, District-Bijnor as well as summoning order dated 04.04.2013 and N.B.W. dated 16.06.2025 pending before Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 2, District- Bijnor. From the perusal of record, it transpires that the applicants are not participating in the Court proceedings since 2014 and the N.B.W. has been issued. Considering the fact that the matrimonial dispute between applicant No. 1 and his wife has already been settled and on the basis of the undertaking given by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants shall participate in the Court proceedings without fail. Let the applicants file the bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Court concerned within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
