Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was initially appointed as cook in the year 1984 in the department of Police in District Ballia. Thereafter on 07.12.1995, his services came to be regularized. 3. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the date of birth of the writ petitioner is 01.07.1996, however, due to certain inadvertent, discrepancy crept in, pursuant whereto the date of birth of the writ petitioner was shown to be 01.01.1996 in the service record. 4. Prayer in the petition is for a direction to the Respondents to consider the representation so preferred by the writ petitioner. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of requiring the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order before Respondent no.3/ Superintendent of Police, District Ballia, who shall thereafter proceed to consider and decide the representation of the writ petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter.
