Petitioner/complainant has sought to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents, alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P No.202987/2021 dated
07.11.2024.

2. The above noted writ petition was disposed of by this Court directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 23.09.2024 (Annexure-F) submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3. The learned AGA has filed an affidavit of respondent No.2, working as Assistant Commissioner, Yadgir, wherein, it is stated that in compliance of the order passed by this Court in the above noted writ petition, an order is passed on 06.06.2025 (Ex.R1). It is submitted that delay caused in passing the order was on account of attending other office duties pertaining to the Board examinations like SSLC, PUC and CET and also attending the meeting pertaining to the No Confidence Motion in connection with Grama Panchayath, Yadgiri Division. Respondent No.2 has tendered unconditional apology for the delay in complying the Court’s direction.
4. Considering that the order passed by this Court in the above noted writ petition has been complied by respondent

No.2 and also considering the reasons for the delay in passing the order, we proceed to pass the following:
ORDER:
i) Contempt proceedings are dropped.
ii) Petition is disposed of.
