Hon'ble Deepak Verma,J. 1. Supplementary affidavit filed today, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 3. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandausi, District- Sambhal to decide the Case No. 207 of 2019, arising out of Case Crime No. 211 of 2018 (State Vs. Subhash Chandra), under Sections 308, 323, 504 I.P.C., P.S. Rajpura, District- Sambhal, within stipulated period. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that charge-sheet was submitted in the year 2019, thereafter, on 23.07.2019 applicants were summoned in the aforesaid proceeding. Trial Court has framed charge on 18.11.2024, the said order dated 18.11.2024 has been filed with the supplementary affidavit. Applicants are accused in the present case and regularly appearing before the Trial Court. 5. Considering the fact that the aforesaid proceeding is pending since 2019.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
