GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: This Writ Petition is filed to declare action of the respondent No.3 in pressurizing the petitioner to settle the dispute with the respondent No.4 without there being any written complaint or F.I.R. against the petitioner and interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members, as illegal, arbitrary and 2 consequently to direct the official respondents to refrain from interfering with the peaceful life of the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without there being any complaint against the petitioner, the respondent No.3 at the behest of the respondent No.4, interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.4. 3. The Assistant Government Pleader takes notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and seeks time to get instructions. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, prima facie, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with the following direction; “(i) The respondent No.3 is directed not to disturb peace of the petitioner in any manner, without following due procedure of law.” 5.
