The petitioner had preferred the writ petition seeking retiral dues including arrear salaries, payable to the petitioner as the wife of her deceased husband, namely, Late Bhakta Narayan Bordoloi who was an employee in the Assam Plains and Tribes Development Corporation Limited. 3. The date of death of Late Bhakta Narayan Bordoloi was 08.05.2017. The petitioner has based her claim on the basis of the Statements annexed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition. 4. Ms. Swamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 5 has placed Page No.# 3/4 a copy of an Office Letter dated 25.03.2025 of the Managing Director of APTDC Ltd. to her. 5. As per the said Office Letter dated 25.03.2025, the respondent APTDC Ltd. has already released the following dues to the petitioner which were found payable due to the services rendered by her deceased husband, Late Bhakta Narayan Bordoloi, Ex-UDA, APTDC Ltd. :- Name of the petitioner Total Due Released Remarks Smt. As the amounts shown in the above Table are found tallying with Statements of entitlement shown in Annexure-2 to the writ petition, it is evident that the petitioner has received all the retirement dues entitled for the service rendered by her deceased husband, Late Bhakta Narayan Bordoloi. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Liberty, however, stands reserved to the petitioner if the petitioner is still aggrieved by non-release of any other retiral dues of her deceased husband, Late Bhakta Narayan Bordoloi.
