The petitioner is a physically challenged person. His father was running bunk shop. He passed on. Thereafter, the petitioner continued with the said business. 3. The petitioner came to understand that the respondent is developing a commercial complex at Beach Road in Cuddalore. Invoking Section 37 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, he sought for allotment of a shop in his favour. When the matter came up for admission, I requested Dr.Seenivasan to takes notice and report to the Court on the stand of the respondent.
