Grievance is that records of Complaint Case No.804 of 2014 (Rameshwar vs. Uma Shankar and others) under Sections 323, 379, 427, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Ramkola, District Kushinagar have been misplaced from the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kushinagar and the records are not being reconstructed. 2. Ms. Pooja Agrawal, learned counsel for the respondents states that process of reconstruction of records had commenced in the month of October, 2024 itself and in case records have not been reconstructed, the same shall be reconstructed within a month. 3. In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondents, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction upon the respondents that the records of the aforesaid complaint case would be reconstructed within a month from today.
