1. Mr. M. Chetia, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam has completed his instruction and submits that the final bill for three works in question for an amount of Rs. 2401334.15/- has already been released to the petitioner on the mentioned date as reflected in the table prepared by the Executive Officer, Biswanath Chariali Municipal Board.
2. Mr. Chetia, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam has produced a bill payment sheet and a copy of bank passbook of the petitioner.
3. In view of the aforesaid, Mr. R. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be closed.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
