ORDER 03.12.2025 CCP(S) 386/2025:
01. An application bearing CM No. 7803/2025 has been preferred by the applicant/petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the instant contempt petition on the ground that the respondents have assured him that his grievance would be redressed. On the basis of this assurance, the applicant/petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant contempt petition.
02. For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn, and the contempt proceedings are accordingly closed. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
03. CM No. 7803/2025 is accordingly disposed of.
