This petition has been filed for following relief: "a) issue a order or direction to set aside the order dated 15.11.2007 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 5 Muzaffarnagar in 6C application in original suit No. 317 of 2007 'Tilak Ram versus Jagveer and others'. b) Issue an order or direction, directing to the Civil Judge (S.D.), Muzaffarnagar to decide the suit no. 317 of 2007 'Tilak Ram versus Jagveer and others', pending in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.) Muzaffarnagar within a stipulated period if possible on the next date fixed, otherwise the petitioner/plaintiffs shall suffer irreparable loss and harassment." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2007. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.), Muzaffarnagar to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rishi Kumar Prajapati, Virendra Kumar Maurya Counsel for Respondent(s) : Rakesh Kumar .....Petitioner(s) Jagveer And 11 Others .....Respondent(s) period of eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the parties concerned and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
