This present application has been initiated by the applicant under the provision of Section of 5 of Limitation Act whereby seeking for condonation of delay of 44 days to challenging the judgment and order rendered by the Ld. Single Judge on the writ side in W.P.(C) No. 167 of 2023 dated 20.01.2025 by urging various grounds. Whereas, this proceeding seeks intervention for consideration of the reasons stated in the application and also materials available on record facilitated by the Union of India & 3 Ors. who are arranged as applicants in this matter.
